NPSU TBC!! 13-15 Dec **long post** beware~

went for TBC... wow wasn't veri "chiong" la cos it's Team Bonding mah... not FOC or wad so ever XP I find tat ppl hu attended TBC r reali cam whore la!! even guys r lik tis!! see our cameraman here everyone squeeze into tat space until siao mann!! haaaa!! but i lik the feeling la... i agree wif the line sayin: "Pictures last Forever mah!" i was laughing at tat line when i heard it! XPXP hmmm the pics not wif me now yet so cant post!! TT.TT ... in tis camp i reali learnt things la not lik other camps where i juz play n hav fun without thinkin much lo... 1. Initiative 2. Team Bonding 3. Communication 4. the 3 A's (Aware, Accept, Adapt) ... this r the things i learnt in this camp!! Being a leader muz reali take the initiative to do stuffs la when others isn't moving, u shld be the first one to make the move! ... Eveyone is unique! as we can come tgt to this camp, we muz learn to work tgt n bring our "level" to the same... Despite our difference, we stil are in One, "One for ALL, All for One!" though this line is frm NPCC in sec skool, but i reali agree to it! luckily i'm being active again in camps if not ma sharing n caring might juz disappear!! being in ma class i close up n not lead... cos gettin lazy to initiate but nw back to maself again!! i can lead ^^ ... we hav an activities tat we take turns to be GLs n Freshies!! tat activities is damn funn!! but cos i'm lik the 2nd or 3rd pair of GLs!! so ma freshies r damn high!! dey keep running here n there la... make me run lik hell lo!! so so tired!! den somemore at one part ma Facilitator ran away wif ma senior!! n i go catch them!! but dey wun stop!! purposely de la!! wth?!!! so keep holdin their hand n run run RUN!! den reach the place dey run down the stairs in front of the lib! ran into the engineering block's lift!! one ran up the stairs n try to hide inside!! veri fun!! n veri tiring!! ... on the second day nite said no lights off lo! den we cant sleep... we hav debrief until 1 plus or 2AM! cos we get the chance to say bout others weaknesses n blah... n the feedback i got was tat i being quiet n nv say much i admit tat part mayb i dun feel lik in a camp la :P no offence... plus when i dun get the situation i wun be talkin much de... i will reali analyse it. I try to change it every sec i can la!! XD ... den we go prepare for our powerful cheer tat was when we reali reali work tgt as one eh!! proud of ma grp!! ^^ ... den bout 3AM we head back to Sports Hall... i try not to doze off but couldb't help it!! i slept!! XPXP den bout 4 AM got woke up by dunno hu n said it's ma grp's turn to go for the interview!! so damn scared n nervous i tell u!! ... as i came out of ma sleepin bag i was shivering!! den walk down the stairs... can feel ma heart jumpin out! den head down outside the Old ChildCare Centre... luckily i wasn't the first few lo if not sure cant calm maself down!! so i slowly get ma breathe... when it's ma turn i go in,sit beside the walkie talkie soon Mark said, "Next". i go in tat sec, i was so calm all of a sudden!! weird but veri true!! den ask i wan be GL or Crew... I of cos said GL! n asked do i felt tat i hav performed til expected?? i said onli at some times. cos other times i'm following others whom i think can do better den me. den Sophia said: " No. Tat was good as u consistently being a leader n a follower". at tat point i felt the comfort lo~~ so great! THX ya!! ^^ Mark lata asked if i work, n ma commitment. no i dun work as of now... n i misunderstood the word "commitment" i tat was lik CCA positions n stuff. but actually was wad CCA i'm in! **silly mii** the part i'm afraid is ma last part. She asked how i felt bout ma group. den i say dey r fun, we manage to bond tgt! but i dun think i can stay wif them in relations for a long tym basis la... i scared tat part i said will affect ma results eh!! ahhh** 어떻게?!! 어떻게?!!! TT.TT scared eh... Hope to become the GL of FOC 09/10!! (^.^)
